ABOUT ME
Hi, my name is Marcy Lackey.


I am 31 years old, and I am behind Sundry Photography. I was born and currently live in Perth, Ontario.


I live with my fiancé Joel, our 2 fur babies, Lucy and Jinx, and my numerous plants and geology collection. I enjoy going on hikes in all types of weather, getting tattoos, fishing, exploring, rock hounding, mushroom foraging, and everything in between.

All my life I have had an interest in photography, whether it was vicariously through my mom, always having a camera in her hand. Getting my first Franklin film camera when I went on a school trip to conservation when I was in public school. Or using digital cameras to take hundreds of selfies up until my parents purchased my first DSLR in high school. If I wasn’t using my DSLR I was using my iPhone to take photos. I did end up selling my DSLR a while back, but now I have new equipment. It took me a while to decide to take this leap from photography being just a passion, to a business.

The style of photography I enjoy doing most is getting the right candid shot, to get those really authentic moments. I do realize this seems to be a common interest of many photographers, and rightfully so. It’s an incredible style of photography that makes sure everyone involved is comfortable.
